Two amazing peopleI know, have put together an even to raise funds and pray for Haiti, as well as Faith and Love in Action. Below I've pasted the even details.
Let's, as the people of Wetaskiwin (and area), come together and pray for the Nation of Haiti!
We will lift our voices to heaven in song(worship) and prayer.
Donations will be taken for the "Faith and Love in Action" Orphanage of Haiti, former home of some local Wetaskiwinite children.
Who should come to this event?
Anyone who has a burden for Haiti and would like to unite with others to lift up this nation to God
"For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." Matthew 18:20
"if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land." 2 chronicles 7:14
Can we do this on behalf of our brother's and sisters in Haiti?
Also, On Thursday all day I will be fasting. Charyssa contacted me about it and I think it's a great idea. I know not all of you can be there with us this Thursday, but you can be with us in Heart and Prayer.
